Terms of sale are 15 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified.

Any and all problems with the goods and/or services sold or provided must be reported to Sutton by Purchaser via telephone within 48 hours of receipt of same. Further, no adjustments will be considered without said telephone notice followed by written request within 3 days. Purchaser must provide the box code labeled on the side of the box. Sutton is not responsible for carrier related problems.

If a payment is returned for any reason, your account will be but on hold and you agree to pay a $20.00 service charge for each occurrence.

In the event the Purchaser fails or refuses to pay for goods or services provided hereunder when due, Sutton shall be entitled to recover the invoiced sum due from Purchaser with interest thereon at the highest rate permitted by law together with all costs of collection, including but not limited to court costs and reasonable attorney fees This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and venue for any proceeding relating to this Agreement shall be in Miami-Dade County, Florida.  Purchaser further agrees to submit itself, without objection, to the jurisdiction of said Court.

I have read and understood the foregoing, and agree to all of the terms contained therein and agree to be bound by them.

I further personally agree, that in consideration of credit given from time to time to the above named firm, corporation, or other entity, to personally be bound by the above terms and conditions and to pay all sums and charges on account which are not paid by said firm, corporation or other entity, including all costs of collection including but not limited to court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
